A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Corey Adams had recently enrolled at the University of Mississippi to participate in spring football practices. Before joining Ole Miss, he was recognized as a top defensive lineman recruit in the country, earning a ranking as the 609th overall recruit and 57th among edge prospects in the 2025 class.
Adams attended Edna Karr High School in New Orleans, where he gained statewide recognition and was honored with all-state accolades on two occasions. He was also recognized as Louisiana’s No. 21 overall recruit, which showcased his talent and potential as an athlete.
